RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the business line leaders to set and achieve business goals.
Lead the optimization of processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance for operational departments.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Team Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop managers and staff.
Build a high-performing team culture, emphasizing collaboration and accountability.
Manage talent acquisition, retention, and professional development initiatives.

Performance Tracking

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational success.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Prepare and present operational performance reports to stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with other departments (e.g., BD, Finance, Marketing) to support organizational objectives.
Drive alignment between operational functions and business strategies.
Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (5-10+ years) in a senior operational leadership role.
Ad Industry-specific experience or engagement-driven monetization tools experience
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., ERP systems, CRM platforms).
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Experience in managing budgets and driving cost efficiencies.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
