Requirements
  • You have a minimum of 5+ years of work experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
  • You have a track record of successfully technical program management of all aspects of a product throughout its full lifecycle.
  • You have proven work experience in program management in one or more of software development, hardware development, wireless technology or cloud computing.
  • You have a technical background with a high level understanding of hardware, software, and cloud development.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
  • You excel at working effectively with cross-functional teams and have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • You have demonstrated experience building and managing a high-performance program team.
Responsibilities
  • Hire a team of program managers who will cover hardware, on prem software, and cloud computing.
  • Establish a process for reporting of status to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project risks, create contingency plans, and proactively address obstacles.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones for complex technical deliverables.
  • Define and align project goals with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
