Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to make decisions and optimize performance
  • Strong writing skills and can craft clear, compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement across multiple channels

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement demand generation campaigns that are effective and aligned with Envoy’s mission of making workplaces safer and more connected
  • Take ownership of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and other marketing channels, optimizing them to achieve the best results for our campaigns
  • Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure your strategies and campaigns align with broader company goals
  • Use data-driven insights to continually refine and optimize campaigns
  • Explore and test new and creative ways to generate demand
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure marketing strategies support lead and pipeline generation
  • Oversee the entire lead lifecycle from creation through sales handoff, ensuring that leads are nurtured effectively and that our pipeline remains healthy and robust
  • Regularly report on campaign performance to senior management, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve future initiatives
