Europe pays more than twice as much for electricity as the US or Asia. To reach competitive price levels, Europe has to lean on solar and deliver the flexibility that makes this feasible. Nomos is building a full-stack power company to unlock that flexibility by connecting millions of homes to Europe’s energy markets.

What you’ll do

Nomos is built on the trust of our partners and the households we serve. Our partners put their reputation behind the energy products we build together. You will earn that trust with new partners and build our go-to-market function.

• Identify lighthouse manufacturers, installers, and emerging companies with innovative products, proven demand, and loyal customers.

• Lead the sales cycle and high-stakes negotiations with global businesses, including publicly listed companies.

• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, with clear priorities and next steps for every opportunity.

Exciting challenges

• Build the playbook. Develop a repeatable approach to winning partnerships and scaling our go-to-market. Pair it with unreasonable hospitality: recognise when a partner needs more, go the extra mile, and follow through on the details.

• Understand the market, not just the deal. Think ahead about how technologies and partner needs are evolving. Work with product, engineering, and partner success to shape what we build and where we grow.

Who you are

• You have the ability to go deep. You showcased that you can understand the product and market better than a customer in a very short time.

• You bring warmth and presence. You put people at ease, listen before you speak, and pay attention to the details that matter to them.

• German and English, both fluent. You’re comfortable leading a negotiation in either.
