Requirements
  • Degree in a related field such as computer systems technology, accounting, or an accounting designation.
  • Minimum of two years of experience with Oracle systems or similar ERPS in the financial module.
  • Proven track record in FinTech, Financial Institutions, or SaaS businesses is highly desired.
  • At least two years of experience providing operational support for financial systems, ensuring software aligns with business needs.
  • Data-driven with high-performance standards.
  • Proven success in problem-solving to automate and scale business processes in complex environments.
  • Resilient and effective at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

  • Hands-on experience with the following systems is preferred but not required: Oracle EPM Reconciliation, Oracle ERP Financial Management modules, Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle OTBI Reporting, Sage Intacct Accounting, Citi Banks - CitiDirect BE.
Responsibilities
  • Manage configuration requests in Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM through a ticketing system
  • Oversee provisioning and maintenance of access controls within financial systems.
  • Support quarterly access reviews
  • Coordinate updates to banking access and account structures, including necessary documentation
  • Develop and maintain financial systems for the Operations and Finance teams
  • Plan and manage financial system updates, ensuring user adoption where needed
  • Design SQL reports and manage data exports and imports for analysis
  • Collaborate with system users, vendors, and the technical team to address business challenges
  • Work with external vendors and Oracle support to resolve system issues
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support the financial systems vision
  • Perform reconciliations to validate data migrations and system updates
  • Track and coordinate release schedules, testing, and system updates
  • Respond to day-to-day user requests for information, training, or support
  • Investigate and resolve system issues promptly
