About the job
- A Bac+5 qualification, such as the Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et de Gestion, a Master CCA, or another specialized Master's degree in accounting.
- At least three years of experience in a permanent accounting-firm position.
- Very good knowledge of accounting, tax, and social standards.
- Comfort with accounting software and digital tools, including Excel and business intelligence tools.
- The ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and teams.
- Rigor, adaptability, and the ability to work autonomously.
- Review client files and build the client's annual accounts project according to the firm's quality requirements.
- Secure procedures with respect to the tax authorities and ensure the reliability of declared data for each account.
- Design, deploy, and monitor management dashboards for clients, including income statements and cash flow.
- Identify clients' management, accounting, finance, and tax needs and challenges, and formulate recommendations to improve client-company performance.
- Prepare key milestones and participate with the responsible manager or partner in the client's financial statement review meeting.
- Manage daily client relationships, anticipate difficulties, and handle potential disputes with management support.
- Identify clients' specific needs and connect them with experts across the firm's service offerings, including business intelligence, performance management, private wealth management, financing, and valuation.
- Support team members' skills development and participate in training activities.
