About the job
- A Bac+5 degree, such as the DSCG, a Master's in accounting and management (CCA), or another specialized Master's degree in accounting.
- At least three years of experience on a permanent contract in an accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and social security standards.
- Proficiency with accounting software and digital tools such as Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and teams.
- Rigor, adaptability, and ability to work autonomously.
- Review client files and prepare draft annual accounts in accordance with the firm's quality requirements.
- Ensure procedures comply with tax administration requirements and verify the reliability of data reported for each account.
- Design, deploy, and monitor management dashboards for clients, including income statements and cash flow.
- Identify clients' management, accounting, finance, and tax needs and challenges, and formulate recommendations to improve their businesses' performance.
- Prepare key milestones and participate with the responsible manager or partner in client meetings to present annual accounts.
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, anticipate difficulties, and handle potential disputes with support from management.
- Identify clients' specific needs and connect them with experts across services such as business intelligence, performance management, wealth management, financing, and valuation.
- Support team members' skills development and participate in training activities.
