Requirements
  • 6+ years of work experience in developing and managing global compensation programs and processes for both public and private companies
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, current compensation trends, and market benchmark data
  • Experience with HR Information Systems, specific experience with Workday preferred
  • Proven analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Effective communication skills across diverse groups
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to advise senior leaders
  • Commitment to excellent customer service, empathy, and discretion
Responsibilities
  • Implementing Stripe’s rewards philosophy and principles in compensation related decisions and processes
  • Acting as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Recruiters, Managers, and the Executive team on all compensation matters
  • Conducting analyses of market data to ensure compensation ranges are aligned to market and supporting the company’s people strategy
  • Ensuring Stripe’s compensation programs are well communicated and understood across leadership, management, and individual contributors
