Requirements
Have at least 3 years of NetSuite development experience.
Have familiarity with data management using SQL, XML, and JSON.
Be familiar with integration approaches and strategies, preferably involving web services such as XML, SOAP, WSDL, and REST.
Have strong experience with NetSuite integrations with third-party applications and NetSuite APIs.
Be knowledgeable and experienced with JavaScript, SuiteScript, and the SuiteCloud customization platform.
Have general knowledge of building and maintaining front-end web applications using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, and back-end web applications using server-side technologies.
Have hands-on experience designing solutions, installing software, and performing data migration in a software delivery project environment.
Be familiar with Azure DevOps and Git for code branching and deployment methodology.
Be functionally proficient as a NetSuite user and able to advise users on appropriate use cases for customizations versus native functionality.
Be familiar with IT transformation and experienced in translating business needs and requirements into IT deliverables.
Have a fully functional, up-to-date computer for performing duties.
Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer.
Be a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work there.

Responsibilities
Develop, customize, configure, and test NetSuite ERP modules and workflows.
Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality to support evolving business needs.
Guide the team in creating and testing future-state business processes and developing scripts.
Plan, review, and manage change configurations and customization requests.
Research and analyze application behavior, and improve performance and stability.
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
Configure NetSuite to align with company use of forms, fields, and customer records for unique business process requirements.
Ensure business and functional requirements are properly configured in NetSuite and other IT financial enterprise applications.
Provide data and generate reports for analysis, business process mapping, reporting needs, continuous improvement initiatives, change management, and optimal usage support.
Evaluate new or underused NetSuite functionality and assist in defining functional specifications for business-function-specific customizations.
Design and build enhancements and financial-systems functionality to support business needs while maintaining scalability, system integrity, security, and best practices, and leveraging data to highlight impact.
Desired Qualifications
NetSuite certifications are a plus; preferred certifications include NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer II, Administrator, and ERP Consultant.
Experience with web services, including XML, SOAP, WSDL, and REST, is preferred.
