- At least 2 years of professional experience in HVAC systems or specialized technical training.
- Success contributing in a team-oriented environment and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Assist in developing and maintaining designs for complex temperature control systems and related HVAC products.
- Participate in project planning and scheduling to support milestone delivery.
- Develop, generate, and maintain project-specific documentation from inception through completion.
- Lead initial startup phases for building automation systems.
- Execute system checkouts and manage formal turnover to the client.
- Participate in post-project reviews to identify improvements for future installations.
- Provide customer training to help customers manage their new systems independently.
- Follow company and customer safety standards and provide safety awareness and oversight on work sites.
- Direct experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Experience acting as or working for a Systems Integrator.
- Willingness to complete extensive company-provided product training.
