AiPrise provides a unified compliance and identity verification platform. Its core product is a single API that connects with local identity vendors to verify identities, run fraud checks, and manage regulatory compliance, all through a centralized dashboard. The API aggregates data from regional sources to streamline onboarding, automate risk checks, and present results in one place. Revenue comes from subscriptions and per-verification fees. AiPrise serves financial institutions, fintechs, and global enterprises that need reliable cross-border compliance as they expand internationally. Differentiators include end-to-end coverage (identity verification, fraud protection, and compliance management) via a single API with localization for different regions, plus a streamlined onboarding experience for global expansion. The goal is to help customers grow internationally while meeting cross-border regulatory requirements and reducing fraud and AML risk.

AiPrise turns business onboarding into a single click.

AiPrise turns business onboarding into a single click. August 27, 2026 AiPrise has launched Business Pre-fill, a product built to shrink lengthy business onboarding forms down to two fields. Under the new system, an applicant supplies only their business name and country. AiPrise's matching engine then searches the relevant official company registry, disambiguates between similarly named entities and trading names, and pulls through the legal name, entity type, registration number, registered address, incorporation date and, where available, director and ownership details. The applicant simply reviews and confirms the pre-filled record rather than typing it in manually. Where no confident match exists, the process falls back to standard manual entry. The tool is live now in more than 65 countries, including the US, the EU, the UK, Singapore and Australia, through a single integration. Lengthy onboarding forms have long been a weak point for businesses that verify companies at scale. Applicants faced with dozens of fields covering registration numbers, tax IDs and registered addresses frequently abandon the process, while those who persist often introduce small errors, such as an outdated address or a trading name submitted in place of a legal one. These mistakes tend to surface later as failed verifications, requests for further information and manual registry checks by analysts, adding delay to approvals for applicants who were otherwise ready to convert. The difficulty compounds for businesses operating across borders, where identifier formats and requirements shift from one jurisdiction to the next. Business Pre-fill draws on the same registry infrastructure underpinning AiPrise's wider KYB platform, which provides direct access to official company registries and more than 100 data sources covering upwards of 500 million verifiable businesses globally. This allows the same integration to pre-fill records sourced from, among others, US state filings, Germany's Handelsregister, Singapore's ACRA and Australia's ASIC. Because the pre-filled data originates from official registries, it also feeds directly into AiPrise's KYB verification, ultimate beneficial ownership mapping, sanctions and anti-money laundering screening, and document checks, which the company says produces fewer mismatches and failed checks. Discrepancies between an applicant's submitted claims and registry records can also surface earlier in the process as a potential fraud indicator. The product targets organisations onboarding businesses across multiple countries, including fintechs, neobanks, payment platforms, marketplaces, lenders, and payroll and HR platforms. It is available immediately via the AiPrise API and hosted verification flows, with existing customers able to enable it using their current data structures. Enjoying the stories? Investors. CurrencyFair selects AiPrise to streamline global onboarding

CurrencyFair selects AiPrise to streamline global onboarding. CurrencyFair has partnered with AiPrise, a RegTech platform specialising in unified onboarding, fraud prevention and automated risk assessment. The collaboration was initiated to help CurrencyFair replace a fragmented network of KYC and KYB tools, accumulated as the business expanded into multiple jurisdictions, with a single platform capable of standardising onboarding, enhancing fraud controls and simplifying compliance workflows across more than 100 countries. CurrencyFair delivers cross-border money transfers, enabling customers to send and receive funds internationally with a focus on secure, compliant and efficient service. As the company has grown, it has had to manage increasingly complex regulatory requirements, numerous vendors and varied onboarding flows across regions. AiPrise provides a consolidated onboarding and fraud-control platform, allowing firms to verify individuals and businesses through one integration. Its technology connects to over 200 registries and data sources and creates unified customer profiles, risk scoring, ongoing monitoring and AI-supported case preparation for compliance teams. The partnership streamlines CurrencyFair's operations by replacing multiple vendor relationships, portals and review flows with a single system. AiPrise enables one risk score per profile by combining identity checks, registry information, sanctions screening, device and digital signals, making risk ratings more explainable and consistent. The platform also transforms onboarding from a one-off check into a continuous control. AiPrise monitors for updates such as new sanctions, changes in beneficial ownership, shifting registry data or behavioural risk patterns. This helps CurrencyFair stay ahead of fraudulent activity without adding extra manual workload. AiPrise's AI agents synthesise documents, extract fields and compile risk summaries, allowing analysts to focus on higher-risk decisions while retaining full control. The firms share a long-term focus on ensuring that international money transfers remain secure despite evolving fraud patterns and increasing regulatory expectations. By consolidating workflows and improving visibility, the partnership aims to support CurrencyFair as it enters new markets, launches new products and strengthens its risk framework. AiPrise CEO Chaitanya Sarda said, "Behind every transfer is a person or business that simply needs the money to arrive safely. CurrencyFair has built that trust over many years. Our role is to give their teams one platform to manage risk, compliance, and fraud, and to surface changes in risk as they happen, so they can stay ahead without slowing customers down." CurrencyFair president Jan Lorenc said, "Scammers are getting more sophisticated and expectations from regulators and customers continue to rise. Migrating from multiple vendors to AiPrise has strengthened our ability to prevent fraudulent accounts from being opened and to monitor risk across the customer lifecycle. It is one more way we make sure that people who choose CurrencyFair can move money across borders with confidence."
