Requirements
  • Previous health care environmental services or laundry experience is preferred.
  • Must possess visual acuity for cleanliness.
  • Work involves bending, walking, lifting, and using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Collect soiled linens from specified areas.
  • Operate washer and dryer by setting appropriate machine cycles.
  • Sort, fold, and distribute clean laundry appropriately.
  • Abide by infection control policies and procedures.
  • Complete reports and checklists as assigned per Department of Public Health regulations.
