  • Currently pursuing a degree in Instructional Human Resources, Design, Education, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in learning management systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment across multiple locations and demonstrate a strong employee focus.
  • Ability to manage activities and projects based on given priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Captivate, InDesign), and e-learning development applications (e.g., Articulate 360).
  • Technical skills in storyboard development.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current green card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

  • Gain exposure in Learning Management Systems, data integrity and validation projects, and course development via instructional design projects.
