Requirements
  • Technical, technological, or civil works or sanitary engineering studies, or studies in related areas, with specific knowledge of hydraulics.
  • One year of experience in work related to the position.
  • B1 or B2 and A2 driver's licenses.
Responsibilities
  • Assign sewer crew activities according to the nature of the work.
  • Review, process, and control sewer work orders.
  • Respond to and process user requests and concerns.
  • Control and report crew members' working-time records.
  • Ensure crews correctly complete forms and deliver them to the area office assistant and/or secretary.
  • Inspect the condition of tools, equipment, and vehicles when receiving and handing over shifts to the crews under the role's responsibility.
  • Supervise the quality and proper execution of work by crews and contractors, ensuring restoration of public spaces within the established deadlines.
  • Coordinate the personnel, equipment, and vehicles needed to respond to emergencies, according to instructions received.
  • Immediately inform the office assistant of any public-space intervention so it can be reported to municipal entities.
  • Control the quantities and proper use of materials issued to personnel for their work.
  • Inform the immediate supervisor of requirements for materials, spare parts, equipment, and tools needed to ensure correct and timely execution of activities.
  • Submit required reports to the immediate supervisor on time.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that are consistent with the nature and area of the role.

Veolia raises $1.3B in oversubscribed senior bond offering with $3.8B orders

Veolia has completed a €1.15 billion senior bond offering across two tranches. Veolia posts 10.4% net income growth in H1 2026, raises full-year guidance to 8%

Veolia Environnement reported revenue of €22.93 billion for the first half of 2026, up 1.5% at constant scope and foreign exchange, excluding energy prices. The company's EBITDA reached €3.55 billion, rising 5% with margins improving by 70 basis points to 16%. Current net income grew 10.4% at constant scope and forex, whilst net free cash flow improved by €164 million compared to the same period in 2025. The company achieved €195 million in efficiency gains during the period. Veolia completed its acquisition of Cleaners in the United States, which contributed to net financial debt of €24.5 billion. The company raised its full-year 2026 current net income growth guidance to at least 8%, citing strong operational performance and well-controlled financial charges. Revenue growth in water technology faced temporary delays in the Middle East due to geopolitical tensions.

Veolia launches $452M non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due 2032

Veolia Environnement has launched a €400 million offering of non-dilutive cash-settled convertible bonds due January 2032. The bonds will be offered exclusively to qualified institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuilding process. The synthetic convertible bonds offer exposure to Veolia's share performance but will be cash-settled only, without issuing new shares. The bonds will bear an annual interest rate between 0.50% and 0.75%, with a conversion premium of 20% over a reference share price. Concurrently, Veolia will purchase cash-settled call options to hedge its exposure. The company intends to use proceeds for general corporate purposes, including purchasing the options. BNP Paribas and Natixis serve as joint global coordinators, with BofA Securities, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley as joint bookrunners. Veolia plans to list the bonds on Euronext Access within 30 days.

Veolia raises $791M through convertible bond offering to refinance 2021 debt

Veolia Environnement has completed a convertible bond offering worth €700 million through private placement without shareholders' preferential subscription rights. Enviri spins off New Enviri as standalone public company with $1.2B revenue after Clean Earth sale

New Enviri has launched as a standalone public company following the completion of Clean Earth's sale to Veolia Environnement.
