- One to two years of dispatch, call center, or logistics experience.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Answer calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or scheduling needs, such as booking rides or addressing complaints.
- Accurately document information in the system for tracking and resolution.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as dispatch, to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
