  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Ten years of financial institution experience, including eight years of Treasury Management experience specifically on the consulting side.
  • Certified Treasury Professional certification.
  • Consultative sales ability, including presentations to small and large audiences.
  • Knowledge of corporate treasury operations, working capital management, domestic and international payments, collection and clearing systems, and supporting technologies.
  • Mastery of technology concepts and applications, including data transmission and systems integration protocols, security, data formats, treasury workstations, Enterprise Resource Planning systems, and Treasury Management Systems.
  • Experience transitioning clients from paper-based processes to electronic alternatives.
  • Ability to quantify the financial and business-process value of proposed solutions.
  • Ability to identify unfilled client needs and apply products creatively as business solutions.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in XMLSpy, Postman, Swagger, and OpenAPI tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Real-Time Payments, Zelle, virtual cards, integrated payables, foreign exchange solutions, integrated receivables, and lockbox services.
  • Expertise in application programming interface integration and embedded finance, with the ability to advise clients on payment automation and connectivity.
  • Understanding of payment and data-transmission standards, including International Organization for Standardization standards, American National Standards Institute X12 for Electronic Data Interchange, ISO 20022, Bank Administration Institute BAI/BAI2 CAMT, SWIFT message types, and National Automated Clearing House Association standards.
Responsibilities
  • Operate as a resource for Sales Officers on subject-matter needs across Cash Management/Treasury Management, Commercial Deposits, Retail Payments, International Services, and Payroll Services.
  • Serve as the primary technical product expert across relevant channels and lines of business, engineering and articulating strategic product alternatives to C-suite executives and business owners.
  • Assess, assemble, coordinate, and lead stakeholders as deal teams for complex payment business opportunities.
  • Participate in individual and joint sales calls with Treasury Management Sales Officers to identify needs and demonstrate the value proposition of integrated payments solutions.
  • Support the full client or prospect sales process, including qualification, situation analysis, solution presentation, technical evaluation, product demonstration, competitive positioning, technical objection resolution, closing, implementation support, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Product Management on product ideas, applications of existing products, competitive intelligence, concept testing, and product launches.
  • Gather, analyze, and track industry trends and develop formal internal and external presentations based on those trends.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert in Treasury Management training activities.
  • Participate in focus groups and business-case development activities to determine market potential.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and help clients transition from paper-based processes to electronic offerings.
  • Engage clients and facilitate whiteboard sessions to reengineer payables and receivables processes and drive process improvement and solution adoption.
  • Advise corporate clients on finance and treasury transformation, lead technology enhancements, and deliver end-to-end implementation of advanced treasury and payment solutions.
  • Work directly within corporate environments on treasury, accounts payable/accounts receivable, and information-technology integration activities, translating operational needs into scalable technology-driven outcomes.
  • Facilitate collaborative sessions and conduct ethnographic research to help clients reengineer payables and receivables processes and optimize workflows and technology integration.
  • Support proposal-writing teams with requests for proposal and requests for information responses involving complex integration questions.

Carriage Services secures $300M credit facility, cuts borrowing costs and extends maturity to 2031

Carriage Services has closed a new $300 million senior secured revolving credit facility, replacing its previous $250 million facility and increasing borrowing capacity by $50 million. The new facility matures on 30 September 2031 and is expected to reduce the effective borrowing margin by approximately 50 basis points as leverage declines below 4.0x. The Houston-based funeral and cemetery services provider said the facility will support working capital, capital expenditures, strategic acquisitions and refinancing activities. Borrowings bear interest at the Term Secured Overnight Financing Rate plus 1.25% to 2.00%, depending on the company's leverage ratio. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent and lead arranger, with Truist Bank and Regions Bank as joint bookrunners. As of 30 June 2026, Carriage operates 155 funeral homes across 24 states and 28 cemeteries in nine states.

CTO Realty Growth closes $1B unsecured credit facility, extends debt maturities to 2029

CTO Realty Growth has closed a $1.0 billion unsecured credit facility, extending its debt maturity profile and increasing total commitments by $250 million. The Winter Park, Florida-based owner and operator of open-air shopping centres will use proceeds to repay outstanding borrowings under its previous $300 million revolving credit facility and two term loans. The new facility comprises a $400 million revolving credit facility due September 2030 and four term loans ranging from $150 million each, maturing between September 2029 and March 2032. The refinancing increases the company's weighted average debt maturity to 4.3 years from 1.6 years. Initial fixed interest rates on the term loans range from 3.4% to 5.3%, based on applied SOFR swaps. The facility was provided by a syndicate led by KeyBank National Association.

Charlotte, North Carolina-based Truist Financial Corporation, an American bank holding company, has announced it will close the Tempe, Arizona facility operated by its Regional Acceptance Corp. subsidiary, an auto finance company that focuses on subprime to near-prime indirect lending, pending an agreement to sell off the loan portfolio of its Regional Acceptance Corp. subsidiary. The closure will impact 120 employees with phased layoffs staged between November 30, 2026, and February 28, 2027. Another 205 employees will be impacted in Arlington, Texas; 56 employees in Winterville, North Carolina; and 97 employees in Greenville, North Carolina. A spokesperson noted, "The company is providing affected employees with severance benefits, job search assistance, and consideration for other roles within Truist." Truist exits $5.5B auto-loan business, cuts 205 jobs in Texas facility closure

Truist Bank is exiting the auto-finance business and closing its Regional Acceptance Corporation facility in Arlington, Texas, resulting in 205 job losses. The bank has agreed to sell $5.5 billion in near-prime auto loans, representing substantially all of Regional Acceptance's assets. The closure will occur in phases between November 2026 and February 2027. Truist expects to receive approximately $5.2 billion in net proceeds and a $535 million recapture of loan-loss reserves from the transaction. Regional Acceptance, which has operated in auto lending for over four decades, specialises in financing for borrowers outside the prime-credit segment. The business produced approximately break-even pretax earnings during the first half of 2026. Truist said the move will improve its credit profile and generate approximately $945 million in common equity tier 1 capital whilst reducing nonperforming loans.
