Responsibilities
  • Administer construction and professional-services contracts throughout the project.
  • Monitor the contractual obligations of contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Manage change requests, amendments, and claims.
  • Coordinate and track approvals, signatures, and contract documents.
  • Review progress payment statements, prepare payment recommendations, and track holdbacks and releases.
  • Maintain current contract registers and ensure documentation traceability.
  • Participate in project meetings and produce the required administrative follow-ups.
  • Identify contractual risks and formulate mitigation recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective contract management.
Desired Qualifications
  • Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or the Ordre des architectes du Québec.
  • Project Management Professional certification.
  • Knowledge of estimating.
