- At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management in Quebec.
- Good knowledge of construction contracts and contract-management practices in Quebec.
- Very good proficiency with Microsoft Office and project-management software.

- Review progress payment statements, prepare payment recommendations, and track holdbacks and releases.
- Maintain current contract registers and ensure documentation traceability.
- Participate in project meetings and produce the required administrative follow-ups.
- Identify contractual risks and formulate mitigation recommendations.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure effective contract management.
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or the Ordre des architectes du Québec.
- Project Management Professional certification.
- Knowledge of estimating.
