Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Support material requirements planning interim tracking before NetSuite implementation, including material use, scrap, transfers, and on-hand status.
  • Maintain open-order reports with weekly updates to support buyer and subcontract administrator visibility.
  • Track supplier purchase-order acknowledgements to improve purchase-order visibility.
  • Assist with procurement transactions in the enterprise resource planning system, including purchase-order placement, returns, and planning-parameter adjustments.
  • Organize and maintain the Procurement and Contract File Library, including executed-status and expiration-date tracking for non-disclosure agreements, representatives and certifications, requests for quotation, quotes, technical evaluations, and negotiated-terms documentation.
  • Maintain the ship-to address log for Voyager entities, suppliers, and testing locations.
  • Track commitments against actual deliveries to support supplier-performance monitoring.
  • May travel between locations up to 25%.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior internship, co-op, or coursework experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
  • APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional or Certified Professional in Supply Management coursework in progress.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar data-visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise resource planning or material requirements planning concepts.
  • Understanding of supply-chain operations, procurement, or materials-management concepts.
  • Understanding of how rapid prototyping transitions to production in a defense or aerospace environment.
