- Relevant 4 Year Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
- 5-10 years of manufacturing experience
- 2-5 years of bottle filling and packaging experience required
- 2-5 years working in a GMP controlled environment
- 2-5 years of manufacturing leadership or other relevant leadership experience
- Interface with engineering, quality assurance, and other departments to commission and qualify Cirkul’s first Ready To Drink production line.
- After startup activities are complete, your daily work will be focused on: Driving Results: Build, maintain, and improve production systems, processes.
- Taking Ownership: Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating technicians.
- Making Decisions: Identify gaps in production, and implement new systems to maximize production, Set department and team goals (Daily, Monthly, and yearly) in collaboration with leadership.
- Cultivating Relationships: Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and other production departments in order to drive output
- Instilling Trust: Ensure that safety and quality standards are met, Lead and develop team members. Manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
- Customer Focus: Maximize production throughput in department, Develop and maintain cell layout to drive production efficiency
- During startup, each day will be unique, and the work will flex to meet the business need to start up the production line
- Experience with manufacturing systems including continuous improvement, autonomous maintenance, preventative maintenance, process control, 5S, and Kaizen is preferred
