About the job
- Proven experience managing production support operations is mandatory.
- Experience in the IT application landscape is required.
- Experience managing data and analytics platforms is preferred.
- Experience with incident response and end-to-end application lifecycle management is preferred.
- ITIL certification is highly preferred.
- Lead daily run operations to ensure high availability and production stability.
- Manage the end-to-end application lifecycle and incident response for data and analytics platforms such as Tableau.
- Serve as the single point of contact for leadership on operational matters.
- Translate complex technical issues into clear business impact and manage expectations across technical teams and business units during critical events.
- Deliver concise updates on platform health and service delivery.
- Orchestrate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly status reviews with key stakeholders.
- Govern JIRA workflows and generate advanced reporting to track service-level agreements, ticket trends, and team velocity.
- Implement and mature ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management frameworks to ensure scalable, repeatable service delivery.
- Experience managing data and analytics platforms.
- ITIL certification.
