Requirements

NQF Level 4, Grade 12, a school-leaving certificate, a national or occupational certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
Build trust and use consultative and direct selling approaches.
Manage customer feedback and provide customer-focused service based on an understanding of customer needs.
Identify sales opportunities, qualify prospects, and use probing questions.
Manage sales data and use sales software.
Apply strategic selling and strengthen customer relationships.
Demonstrate oral communication skills and the listed competencies: action orientation, balancing stakeholders, building networks, collaboration, effective communication, customer focus, decision quality, and accountability.

Responsibilities

Identify customers’ financial needs and provide sound financial advice.
Recommend and implement fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions to help customers achieve their lifetime goals.
