Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in a metalworking occupation; an apprenticeship qualification in machining technology is preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience as a CNC turner in a metalworking business.
  • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
  • Very good German language skills.
  • Openness to flexible work schedules.
  • Quality awareness, precision, and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Independently set up and operate modern CNC lathes and manufacture precision parts according to drawing specifications and inspection requirements.
  • Set machines according to workpiece drawings and independently carry out setup tasks.
  • Continuously inspect product quality and document completed work.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety, product quality, and environmental management requirements.
