Responsibilities
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of accounts receivable for the charitable foundation partners
  • Manage 1-2 major team projects to develop, implement and maintain scalable protocols and processes
  • Provide Subject Matter Expert(SME) insight into Accounts Receivable and possible opportunities and risks
  • Train and coach the team on the existing processes as well as newly implemented processes
  • Monitor the operational metrics and following up as required to meet targets and goals
  • Identify and remove barriers as the team iterates and moves through the process development cycle
