- Prior experience working with children is preferred.
- Availability must include weekday mornings, weekday afternoons, and/or early evenings.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout Passaic County and northeastern New Jersey to class locations.
- Ability to be fun, energetic, patient, attentive, and punctual.
- Ability to work with children of all age groups and make soccer fun for them.
- Assist with and teach energetic, motivating classes while connecting with and challenging each child, supporting motor-development and skill goals, and promoting movement and healthy habits in an organized and enjoyable manner.
- Provide individual and group attention to children.
- Arrive on time to class and be physically and mentally prepared, including accounting for commuting time.
- Assist with distribution and upkeep of required equipment.
- Assist the hiring manager with sourcing and screening potential candidates.
- Manage the ordering, printing, and distribution of flyers, posters, and signage.
- Record classes for coach-development video feedback.
- Attend regular training and follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual.
- Soccer playing background.
- Preferred Saturday and/or Sunday availability.
