The model works by offering both mass-market and luxury beauty items in a single shopping trip, along with beauty services and digital channels that connect in-store and online experiences. The company differentiates itself from competitors by hosting a single destination for the full beauty spectrum, leveraging a large loyalty ecosystem, and integrating service offerings and strategic partnerships to reach more customers.
