Requirements
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • Problem-solving orientation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Adjust, start, monitor, and maintain machines and their peripherals.
  • Perform color and format changes.
  • Carry out basic daily repairs.
  • Know machine operating parameters; adjust, configure, and modify recipes.
  • Participate in technical projects, such as assisting with line installation, and maintain equipment.
  • Ensure process stability and conformity and perform production checks.
  • Act as deputy to the team leader when needed, including managing the team, starting or stopping machines in specific circumstances, and collaborating with the Quality team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the plastics-processing industry is preferred.
  • A current CACES R489 Category 3 qualification and current electrical authorizations are appreciated.
