About the job
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Problem-solving orientation and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Adjust, start, monitor, and maintain machines and their peripherals.
- Perform color and format changes.
- Carry out basic daily repairs.
- Know machine operating parameters; adjust, configure, and modify recipes.
- Participate in technical projects, such as assisting with line installation, and maintain equipment.
- Ensure process stability and conformity and perform production checks.
- Act as deputy to the team leader when needed, including managing the team, starting or stopping machines in specific circumstances, and collaborating with the Quality team.
- Experience in the plastics-processing industry is preferred.
- A current CACES R489 Category 3 qualification and current electrical authorizations are appreciated.
