  • 3+ years of experience in Category/Sourcing management
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver hard savings, build strong provider relations, and drive change
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective category strategies supported by executable sourcing plans
  • Lead strategic sourcing projects with business executives while running a full portfolio of sourcing relationships
  • Act as a consultant to business partners in the supplier sourcing process
  • Partner with internal organizations to define product/service requirements and assist with identifying suppliers
  • Conduct analysis, coordinate key partner participation, and execute supporting administrative processes
  • Facilitate efforts across multiple products/brands and geographies
  • Build, communicate, and execute sourcing project work plan and timeline
  • Draft and redline commercial components of contracts and agreements
  • Assist with risk analysis and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Support clients in the management of suppliers
  • Perform category management and identify data and research resources
  • Handle administrative processes and activity reporting
  • Support other business-related activities as directed by management
