Responsibilities
  • Own integrated marketing strategy for HCP audience acquisition and engagement, setting direction for messaging, channels, creative, and testing approach with full accountability for measurable outcomes
  • Model AI-native practices across the team, actively using and evaluating AI tools to improve content quality, campaign efficiency, decision-making, and overall team output
  • Lead a test-and-learn culture, building frameworks for rapid experimentation, clear hypothesis-setting, and disciplined iteration based on data
  • Drive audience growth across both B2B and B2C engagement models, building scalable programs that acquire new audiences while deepening loyalty and retention among existing ones
  • Own market research and competitive intelligence, synthesizing insights on HCP segments, industry trends, and competitor positioning to sharpen strategy and stay ahead
  • Build and maintain messaging frameworks and value propositions for priority HCP audiences, ensuring consistent, differentiated brand voice across all channels
  • Lead campaign development from brief through execution, setting creative direction, guiding copy and design, and holding the team accountable to performance standards

MJH Healthcare affirms B2 rating, acquires BPD

Moody's Ratings affirmed MJH Healthcare's B2 corporate family rating following its agreement to acquire BPD Healthcare for approximately $450 million. The acquisition will be financed with a $430 million incremental senior secured term loan. Despite an increase in debt-to-EBITDA to 5.7x, MJH is expected to reduce it to 5x within 12-18 months. The outlook remains stable, with expectations of good liquidity and no significant M&A activity during the integration of BPD.
