SolutionHealth is a nonprofit health system for southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Its member organizations are Elliot Health System, Southern New Hampshire Health and Home Health & Hospice Care, which provide inpatient, outpatient, specialty, urgent, home-health and hospice services; more than 700 primary care providers and specialists serve the region. SolutionHealth keeps information technology as a shared function, while member organizations deliver clinical care through local systems. Elliot Health System and Southern New Hampshire Health formed the system in 2018, and Home Health & Hospice Care joined in 2022. SolutionHealth is a 501(c)(3) governed by a volunteer board and based in Bedford, New Hampshire.
