Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years in facilities management, with 5+ years in senior leadership role
  • Proven leadership and team management
  • Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Extensive knowledge of facilities systems and operations
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall facilities strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of facilities professionals, ensuring high performance and development
  • Develop and manage facilities CapEx and OpEx budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency and supporting long-term infrastructure planning
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality and compliance
  • Ensure all building systems and production equipment are properly maintained through proactive preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and reliability programs
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes across all facilities
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability programs to minimize operational costs and environmental impact
  • Oversee facility-related projects, including relocations, renovations, and capital improvements
  • This role will lead multiple teams, nationally, and will direct multiple other managers, leads and supervisors
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • CFM or similar certifications preferred; LEED and OSHA certifications a plus
