- A valid driver's license is required.
- Access to an automobile is required.
- The technician must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
- The technician must be comfortable with cross-training between FTS and FM.
- The technician must be able to use email and AMAT software, including FM, FTS, PP, and Excel, for automation, reporting, and integration.
- The technician must accurately track and monitor inventory levels, movements, and stock locations using barcode scanning or equivalent tools.
- The technician must organize storage locations and support efficient receiving, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- The technician must perform frequent cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Transport semiconductor wafers between buildings within the campus, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate movement of materials for production operations.
- Scan labels, transport materials, deliver requests, comment on requests, and meet the stated 30-minute to one-hour lead time.
- Create manual LTS requests when systems are unavailable or business units provide paper shipping instructions.
- Print FTS labels or coordinate paper-based labeling when printers are unavailable.
- Move F/F materials to the correct shipping cage when a request is placed in the wrong cage.
- Investigate open requests physically and systematically, clear void requests after receiving confirmation from the requester, check for missed scans, and search emails for missed communication.
- Work weekly with deskside GIS to resolve computer or printer outages.
- Sweep requests after 48 hours, store and retrieve violations, replace Zebra printer ink and labels, and check buildings for misplaced requests.
- Process Engineering Corridor FOUP and FOSB move requests, including delivery or pickup through pass-through windows and closing out requests or recording cage locations.
- Tag and record violations, retrieve materials that remain in violation locations after 24 hours, and place FOUPs and FOSBs in designated storage areas.
- Palletize and send FOSBs to Building 21 for external reclaim after two weeks.
- Process Metrology violations by sweeping the Engineering Corridor, creating violations in FM, and notifying FOUP owners.
- Transfer FOSBs older than 30 days from the Engineering Corridor to Building 21 by printing labels, collecting materials, delivering them to WCT, and clearing requests.
- Provide building-to-building floater coverage to backfill as needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by AMAT management.
