About the job
- Several years of practical professional experience in test management, test environment management, IT operations, or a comparable coordinating IT environment.
- German language proficiency at C1 level (CEFR) for communication with business and IT areas.
- A structured, solution-oriented work approach, organizational ability, and the ability to prioritize concurrent requirements.
- Communication skills, service orientation, initiative, and a good understanding of the relationships among development, testing, operations, and infrastructure.
- Interest in process optimization and automation.
- A degree in (business) informatics, or comparable training or qualification.
- Coordinate and provide test environments for functional and technical testing, and plan and use test landscapes efficiently.
- Manage requirements from different stakeholders and analyze disruptions and bottlenecks in collaboration with development, test management, infrastructure, and operations.
- Support the provision and management of test data while taking regulatory requirements into account.
- Develop, standardize, and optimize processes and services in test environment management, and identify automation opportunities.
- Act as a central contact for business and IT areas and actively shape and further develop test environment management.
