Requirements

  • Completed secondary education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or information quality-control roles.
  • Comfort working with data, records, and documentation.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to follow processes in an orderly and consistent manner.
  • Ability to adapt to defined tools and ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to keeping claims records up to date, complete, and well documented.
  • Ensure each change in the system is reflected accurately and promptly.
  • Identify missing or inconsistent data to support correction and regularization.
  • Validate that information matches its source or originating documentation to strengthen data quality.
  • Support the digital organization and control of cases to facilitate operational tracking.
  • Collaborate with the Claims team to maintain smooth and reliable operations.
  • Use defined tools and formats to ensure consistency when entering information.
  • Contribute to meeting quality standards and response times.
  • Participate in support tasks that help the team work with greater clarity and efficiency.
