A Day in the Life:

Source, order placement and follow up

Managing promotional stock inventory and processing tickets

Managing awards stores (Invoicing)

Activating Flynn Rewards cards

Processing stock transfers

Set up, maintain, and update item codes/pricing

ERP Data Entry

Data sorting and processing

Compiling reports to meet prescribed deadlines

Other administrative duties as required

What You Bring:

1-3 years of experience working in a related field

Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset

Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to perform in a deadline-oriented environment, with strong attention to detail

Strong ability to prioritize workload and maintain a highly organized work environment

Strong sense of urgency
