Requirements

Approximately two years of experience with SAP Finance or other relevant experience.
A completed university degree; business administration, business economics, finance, or a comparable field is preferred.
Basic knowledge of finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets, and an interest in specializing in public-sector finance.
Practical skills in testing, documentation, and user support.
Clear communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

Support configuration activities in S/4HANA Public Cloud under the guidance of senior colleagues.
Analyze current financial processes and identify improvements for the template.
Contribute to the development of the public-sector template and share practical insights.
Perform functional and integration tests, and support user acceptance testing.
Prepare and maintain process descriptions, test plans, and change logs.
Assist with workshops and key-user training, and prepare training materials.
Support cutover and go-live phases, and provide first-line support to end users.

In deze rol zul je:

ondersteunen bij configuratie activiteiten in S/4HANA Public Cloud onder begeleiding van senior collega’s;
analyseren van huidige financiële processen en signaleren van verbeteringen voor het template;
actief meewerken aan het doorontwikkelen van het publieke sector template en delen van praktische inzichten;
uitvoeren van functionele tests, integratietests en ondersteunen bij user acceptance testing;
voorbereiden en bijhouden van documentatie: procesbeschrijvingen, testplannen en change logs;
meehelpen bij workshops en training van key users en het voorbereiden van trainingsmateriaal;
ondersteunen tijdens cut over en go live fases en bieden van 1e lijns ondersteuning voor eindgebruikers;

Functie-eisen

Je bent leergierig, nauwkeurig en communiceert helder zowel binnen het projectteam als met klanten. Verder heb jij als Consultant Finance SAP Public Cloud:

circa 2 jaar werkervaring met SAP Finance of andere relevante ervaring
een afgeronde universitaire opleiding, bij voorkeur bedrijfskunde, bedrijfseconomie, finance of vergelijkbaar;
basiskennis van finance processen (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets) en interesse om je te specialiseren in overheidsfinanciën;
praktische vaardigheden in testen, documenteren en het ondersteunen van gebruikers;
goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels en een hands on, samenwerkende houding.
