This position is responsible for managing, creating, and editing pursuit-related activities in partnership with our technical staff and other marketing/business development team members. Work products include, but are not limited to, proposals, collateral, presentations, etc. This role will follow processes and procedures in direct support of the overall pursuit process, including but not limited to guiding a thorough go/no go process, developing responsive and thematic pursuit materials and proposal responses, supporting presentation and interview preparation activities, contributing to the development of information/content and use of database systems and processes to support overall and long-term pursuit activities, etc. The primary function of this position is to ensure the timely completion of all pursuit-related activities in support of business capture efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead the production of qualification content (resumes, project descriptions, etc.), brochures, proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials while adhering to brand and quality standards as well as the overall company pursuit process.
- Lead proposal vetting and kick-off assignments such as RFP/RFQ documentation reviews, task list summary development, production schedule planning, etc.
- Lead proposal review schedule, with support from technical team leadership and supervisor, ensuring timely material completion and reviews leading up to proposal deadlines.
- Involved in the go/no go process, assisting in the determination of available resources, and outlining schedules for all assigned pursuits, with support from supervisor and/or other team members.
- Support the development of competitive analysis and create win strategies to better the firm’s chances of project award.
- Contribute to activities or campaigns leading up to the proposal effort such as targeted marketing campaigns, strategic advertising and/or social media campaigns, public relations campaigns, collateral development to support business activities, etc.
- Supports industry-leading hit rates while consistently meeting or beating deadlines.
- Identifies enhancements in processes and departmental efficiencies – communicates, strategizes, and manages execution for achieving improvements with support from the supervisor and other appointed collaborating staff.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant professional experience may be substituted, with proven qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of more than six (6) years within the architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) or similar industry
Skills
- Organization and effective time management skills are required, as well as the ability to multi-task (managing multiple simultaneously occurring projects/initiatives within deadlines)
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Effective editing and/or writing skills, specifically related to wordsmithing and proofreading, preferred
- Eye for graphics – some graphic design abilities preferred
- Detail-oriented – ability to effectively address all task requirements, with support from a greater team, in a timely manner
- Persistent, proactive, and communicative work style
- Proficient in Microsoft applications and Adobe Creative Suite
