Requirements

Candidates may have no or minimal experience for the 3rd-level contract salary band, or proven experience in the role for the 2nd-level band.
Knowledge of procurement transformation, including supplier relationship management, sourcing, purchase-to-pay, and analytics.
Ability to analyze client needs and formulate recommendations based on data and procurement best practices.
Ability to structure a target operating model and develop related business cases.
Skills in project management and/or functional integration of implemented solutions.
Ability to facilitate change management within client organizations.
Ability to help clients use technology to optimize supplier procurement.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of procurement transformation, including supplier relationship management, sourcing, purchase-to-pay, and analytics.

Ambito Digital Procurement

Parteciperai attivamente a progetti di consulenza, occupandoti di:

Gestire tutte le fasi della trasformazione del Procurement, includendo ambiti come SRM, Sourcing, Purchase to Pay e Analytics.
Analizzare le esigenze delle realtà clienti e formulare raccomandazioni basate su dati concreti e sulle best practice del Benchmark PwC.
Strutturare il Modello Operativo Target e sviluppare relativi Business Case.
Supportare la gestione del progetto e/o l’integrazione funzionale delle soluzioni implementate.
Facilitare la gestione del cambiamento all’interno delle organizzazioni clienti.
Aiutare le realtà clienti a sfruttare al meglio le tecnologie per ottimizzare il meccanismo di approvvigionamento presso i fornitori.

Per questa opportunità è previsto un inserimento con contratto al:

3° livello CCNL Commercio (28.000€-30.000€) per candidati senza esperienza o esperienza minima
2° livello CCNL Commercio (31.500€-32.500€) per candidati con comprovata esperienza nel ruolo
