Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience may be substituted.
  • At least five years of compensation experience and three years of benefits administration experience.
  • Advanced Excel expertise, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis tools, macros/VBA, Power Query, and advanced reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and effectively through communication and presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and success collaborating with HR and business leaders.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct job evaluations, benchmark positions, and perform market analyses to ensure competitive compensation programs.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation initiatives, including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, merit increases, and bonus planning.
  • Administer health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs, and serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and other federal, state, and local regulations, including audits, filings, and reporting requirements.
  • Manage benefits processes, vendor relationships, invoice reconciliation, system audits, and special projects that support continuous program improvement.
