Responsibilities
  • Support the management and optimization of Topsort’s website content, ensuring updates align with business objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to improve organic visibility.
  • Assist in creating, editing, and optimizing blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts for growth.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners on PR, content distribution, and campaign initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO and inbound performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and HubSpot.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance traffic, engagement, and lead quality.
  • Contribute SEO and growth insights to integrated campaigns across email, social, and paid media.
  • Support the execution of marketing events, webinars, and conferences to increase visibility and demand.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to processes and bring fresh, data-driven ideas to the marketing team.

Topsort, an AI-native retail media infrastructure company, has launched Tomi, an AI agent that enables marketplaces to create and manage sponsored listing campaigns using natural language. The tool allows users to describe campaign objectives conversationally rather than manually configuring settings. Embedded within Topsort's marketplace admin interface, Tomi can identify products, configure campaign settings, apply targeting rules and set budgets based on plain-language prompts. The company claims teams can launch campaigns up to five times faster whilst maintaining full control through review and approval workflows.
