  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or Information Systems and Technology
  • 24 months of experience in the job offered or a computer-related occupation
  • Experience must include: Cognos analytics, Planning analytics and TM1, Teradata, Snowflake, Databricks, Oracle, SQL Server, AWS, and Azure, ETL Tools, Scripting using Linux, Jenkins, AutoSys, and Large scale systems and applications.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, code, configure, and test automations, programs, and solutions independently with minimal supervision to meet the process automation platform needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and product managers across the domains to understand the requirements and develop scalable platform capabilities with observability and high availability.
  • Build pipelines to deploy orchestration services and automations in AWS and Azure.
  • Define and implement the key metrics to evaluate the platform usage and provide useful insights to customers using monitoring dashboards and alerts.
  • Implement automation tools and frameworks that promote reusability and standardization across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to automation community within the organization to follow the best practices and recommended design patterns.
  • Perform proof of concepts to improve the overall experience of the platform users.
  • Participate and influence large cross-functional stakeholder meetings.
