About the job

Requirements
  • You've led a marketing function and been accountable for its results.
  • You've made a traditional or crowded category stand out with ideas of your own.
  • AI is central to how you work, and you're comfortable enough with code to build or fix small things yourself.
  • You have real paid acquisition experience across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Bing, and can run SEO and GEO by directing AI tools well.
  • You have hands-on experience with direct mail, paid ads, conferences, PR, or other high-attention channels, and are willing to travel to meet clerks and work conferences alongside Sales.
  • You have a B2B SaaS background and have managed employees, contractors, and agencies.
  • Taking the CultureIndex Survey is a requirement for application processing.
Responsibilities
  • Own strategy and positioning across the portfolio, along with the department's EOS operating cadence.
  • Build qualified pipeline for Sales through targeted demand and revenue campaigns; success is measured by this outcome.
  • Execute across channels including conferences, webinars, direct mail, PR, outbound, digital, and paid.
  • Own lifecycle marketing from first touch through trial to customer, including the technology, tracking, and attribution behind it.
  • Serve as the final day-to-day reviewer for copy, design, campaigns, and launches.
  • Lead go-to-market work with Product and Sales, including new product launches and targeted campaigns to recruit early beta testers, build awareness for product pilots, and support formal product releases.
  • Lead from the front by setting strategy while executing alongside the team.
  • Run the marketing department's L10 meetings, quarterly Rocks, and scorecards.
  • Work directly with copywriters, internal product managers, Sales, and the people managing data connection and attribution through Salesforce and other marketing tools.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude or Codex in daily work, getting up to speed quickly in unfamiliar areas such as GEO and GA4.
  • Work with the founder to turn ideas into focused priorities, push back when needed, and ensure selected ideas ship.
Desired Qualifications
  • GovTech or public-sector experience.
  • Experience marketing more than one product at a time.
  • Experience building measurement where little existed.
  • Familiarity with EOS.

About the company
