Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales cycle: from account-level strategy development to prospecting to close
  • Conduct a high volume of emails, calls, Zoom, and limited in-person presentations to secure new business
  • Communicate all proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Establish meaningful relationships with customers, serving as their original point of contact and multifamily expert
  • Collaborate with sales development and customer success teams
  • Nurture customer accounts through an onboarding and sales conversion process
  • Represent the ApartmentIQ brand in your active markets and at industry events
  • Manage a sales pipeline, sales forecast, and activity tracking within Salesforce CRM
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics
  • Travel as required for industry events and customer meetings (up to 25%)
