The Opportunity
The Recruiting Coordination Manager manages a team of high performing recruiting coordinators by strategically planning, optimizing and developing tools to handle their workload. This involves areas such as: assessing interviewer capacity, identifying process improvements and coaching/mentoring our coordinators in a fast-paced environment. This role is an integral partner in oversight of day-to-day recruiting coordination and will work closely with hiring teams to execute on all of the "behind the scenes" work that needs to happen to drive a great candidate experience as well as to ensure success and progression within the hiring process.

You will:
- Build, train, coach and manage a team of dynamic recruiting coordinators on the Global Recruiting Operations team
- Learn and build a strong fluency in scheduling and coordination for not only high level executive leadership roles but to also jump in to fill the gaps where necessary
- Partner with Recruiting Operations on the development of tools, processes and communications to ensure that coordination and candidate needs are represented
- Collaborate with teams to understand, optimize and resolve front-line concerns around areas such as interview scheduling and candidate management processes
- Detail the end-to-end coordination process and build a playbook for onboarding new team members
- Strategize and anticipate future coordination challenges and work with recruiting leaders and the organization to proactively develop solutions
- Maximize individual and team performance while maintaining a fun working environment
- Drive efforts and projects through relationships and a broad knowledge base
You should have:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience including recruiting coordination and/or recruiting experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience with managing teams of recruiting coordinators
- Consistent track record for identifying and launching process improvements
- Demonstrated personal accountability and integrity, and an ability to build long-term, productive relationships across a global business
- A growth mindset and bias for action; you strive for continuous improvement and are constantly building, iterating and detailing
- Experience in delivering a positive candidate experience
- Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
- Ability to thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing/hyper growth environment
- Project/Program Management experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of interview scheduling tools is a plus

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range displayed, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and / or training.
The US base salary range for this full-time position: (exclusive of bonus, equity and benefits.)
