Requirements
- Previous experience as a concrete carpenter or form builder on commercial construction projects.
- Strong skillset in building, setting, bracing, and stripping concrete formwork for slabs, walls, footings, columns, and related structures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, layouts, grades, elevations, measurements, and specifications.
- Blueprint, Layout, Grade & Elevation Reading.
- Safety Awareness.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of concrete carpentry tasks, including building, setting, and stripping formwork for foundations, slabs, walls, and other concrete elements.
- Help ensure that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and quality standards while ensuring a safe, hazard free work environment.
- Lead small crews and support quality and productivity in the field.
- Contribute to safety, workmanship, and teamwork, and deliver quality results in a fast-paced construction environment.
