Plum uses data science combined with financial expertise to streamline underwriting and offer a broader range of financing options with more transparency and advisory support, aiming to improve efficiency in CRE lending. Unlike traditional CRE lenders, Plum blends data intelligence with tailored advisory services to speed up decisions and tailor terms to high-quality borrowers, challenging opaque, paper-heavy processes.
