  • 15 + years of direct production experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading managers and senior individual contributors
  • Experience leading large scale, highly performing Production or Post-Production teams within a Production company, Post-Production company, creative agency, or in-house at a global brand organization.
Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee and develop the performance and work output of the Technical Device Management, Media Operations, Video Accessibility and Special Operations teams.
  • Drive continuous innovation in processes, practices, tools and policies that help guide the MPO teams behavior in their day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement cost optimization strategies across the organization.
  • Cultivate relationships and collaborate across the Apple organization to ensure business and key stakeholder objectives are met.
  • Develop and apply a deep understanding of Video Production and Post Production systems, equipment and workflows.
  • Drive strong partnerships with Creative and Production teams and build effective strategies that address the creative needs for a wide range of work across Marcom.
  • Empower clear and consistent communication, helping everyone stay informed without overwhelming the teams.
  • Act as a champion of the Apple brand standards and core values in all aspects of the work.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, build consensus, drive collaboration and alignment across a broad, cross-functional set of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in modeling and forecasting operational needs.
  • Proven track record of driving efficiency and cost savings in a fast-paced environment.
