- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's-level program in Human Resources, Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Availability to complete a professional internship.
- Ability to organize work, manage time, establish priorities, and follow up on multiple activities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle information ethically and confidentially.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or another design tool is desirable for creating communications and flyers.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a service orientation.
- Support recruitment and selection activities.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new employees.
- Provide administrative support for general Human Resources activities.
- Maintain employee files in accordance with internal policies.
- Organize, classify, and archive Human Resources documentation.
- Prepare documentation required for onboarding new employees.
- Support the creation and updating of job descriptions.
- Create communication materials, including flyers for job postings and internal campaigns.
- Publish job vacancies through authorized channels and follow up with candidates.
- Participate in training, integration, and organizational climate activities.
- Support the preparation of departmental reports and metrics as needed.
- Interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Good spelling and writing skills.
