Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a cross-functional internal team to ensure on-time, quality delivery of customer products.
Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed program schedules.
Interface with customers and internal teams during all phases of the product lifecycle, including New Product Introduction, Sustaining, and End of Life.
Establish customer contracts or agreements and ensure that all terms are maintained.
Monitor key performance metrics to measure project status.
Develop competitive and profitable cost models.
Work with customers to resolve conflicts and other product issues.
Secure the required capacity and manpower to support product volume requirements.
Ensure global supply chain functionality and lead efforts to resolve internal site or external supplier disruptions.
Oversee the engineering change order and change management processes.
Lead continuous process improvement teams.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in multiple functional areas, including engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and project or program management.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Senior Program Manager

Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating a cross-functional contract manufacturing team through the complete lifecycle of a customer’s product.

This position is fully onsite from Monday to Friday at our San Jose, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate a cross-functional internal team to ensure on-time, quality delivery of customer products.

Responsible for establishing customer contract/agreement and ensuring all terms are maintained.
Monitor key performance metrics to effectively measure project status.
Develop competitive, yet profitable cost models.
Work with customers to resolve conflicts or other product issues.
Secure required capacity and manpower to support product volume requirements.
Ensure global supply chain functionality, play lead role in resolving any internal site or external supplier disruptions.
Oversee ECO (engineering change order) and change management process.

Education and Experience:
