South Col - A First-Of-Its-Kind Ecommerce Growth Fund - Launches With...

South Col, an eCommerce accelerator providing strategic resources and capital enabling founder’s dream exit, today announced the launch of its $50 million accelerator fund to provide capital, guidance, and operational resources to eCommerce founders. South Col, a joint venture between SellersFunding, Global Wired Advisors, and Escala, combines 15 years of eCommerce expertise in finance, investment banking, and operational consulting to enable businesses to reach peak performance before reaping the benefits of a high-value sale of their company in under two years. Working hand-in-hand with founders by taking a minority ownership stake, South Col’s goals are utterly aligned with those of founders - all of its advice, support, and working capital focuses solely on creating the growth needed to facilitate maximum valuation on the exit. As South Col orchestrates the sales process end-to-end, founders avoid all broker fees, sales commissions, and any potential hidden fees, saving 6-12% of sale proceeds
