  • Proven expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and maximise opportunities
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to clients and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of the digital and print advertising markets, as well as the broader UK media landscape
  • Strong working knowledge of the Reach plc portfolio, understanding how products fit into the wider media and digital marketplaces
  • Experience in managing programmatic delivery, including PG and PMP integrations
  • Strong data analysis skills, enabling interpretation of insights from proprietary systems to inform strategic business decisions
  • Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a high standard of performance
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching colleagues
Responsibilities
  • Maximising revenues and building strong relationships with key industry players
  • Leveraging expertise to understand agency briefs and client challenges, developing innovative, data-driven, multi-platform solutions
  • Conducting a minimum of six external business meetings per week and providing detailed summaries and action points to the Agency Lead and Group Agency Director
  • Collaborating with leadership to implement quarterly Business Plans that align with client and agency digital strategies
  • Developing and presenting a minimum of four proactive ideas each month to planning and digital teams
  • Overseeing programmatic delivery, ensuring effective PG and PMP integrations to optimize campaign performance
  • Regularly sharing data insights from proprietary systems with client portfolios to inform strategic decision-making
  • Maintaining accurate revenue forecasting and reporting, ensuring all prospects are up to date for weekly digital sales meetings
  • Supporting the development of Agency Executives and taking responsibility for personal growth through training sessions and a Personal Development Plan
  • Upholding Reach’s diversity and inclusion policies
